In business since 1983, TPI specialized in creating frequent flyer and guest reward program concepts and and implementation. TPI has designed affinity and reward benefit programs, membership reward programs, discount airline certificate promotions, incentive vacation certificate promotions, enter-to-win sweepstakes campaigns and more!. Over the period of 33 years, our clients have included TWA, Continental, Days Inns, Howard Johnson. Ramada Inn, Travelodge, Super 8, the Choice Hotel Group, NRT, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, GNC Gold Card, Seatow, Price Smart, Farmers Insurance, West Marine Advantage, and many more. We can, in fact, boast over 20 international brands as our clients. The TPI Call Center Dvision operation was established in 1991 to fulfill the industry need for infrastructure to support reward redemptions by program members for reward travel. When you called Costco for an airline ticket discount, for example, you were really calling one of twelve offices within the TPI call center network, who were 25,000,000 members strong under service at that time.
